Hubba Subba started as a simple idea: make a place where neighbors could gather over real food made by hand. Every sub is built to order, every espresso is pulled fresh, and every guest is treated like a regular.
We are locally owned and locally staffed — a Big Lake gathering spot for breakfast meetings, lunch breaks, road-trip stops, and after-school treats. Whether you are here for a hot pastrami, a breakfast burrito, or just a strong cup of coffee, we are glad you came.
Every month we donate $1 from every sub sold to a local cause, school, nonprofit, or family in need. Great food is the reason you come in — giving back is the reason we are here.
Every sub, wrap, and breakfast plate is built when you order it — no steam-table food here.
We source locally when possible, hire from the community, and give back to Big Lake causes.
Our espresso bar serves handcrafted lattes, mochas, frappés, and daily drip — hot or iced.
Counter service keeps things moving, and our crew knows most orders by name.
Feeding a crew? Let us handle the food. We build custom sub platters, boxed lunches, breakfast spreads, and coffee carafes for offices, parties, school events, and trail-head gatherings.
